Myth; "RE/MAX DOESN'T HAVE THE EASTSIDE MARKET SHARE OF SOME OTHER COMPANIES"
TRUTH; That's what our competition would like you to believe, but the simple truth is just the opposite. RE/MAX's core philosophy and where our very name comes from, 'Real Estate Maximums', allows agents to retain the maximum commission possible while having the lowest fees available for a name brand company. In keeping with this philosophy, RE/MAX Integrity's fees are among the lowest on the entire eastside. Myth; "RE/MAX WILL NICKEL & DIME YOU WITH ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES"
TRUTH; Other companies try to convince agents there are hidden fees at RE/MAX because they can't compete with the significant savings agents enjoy when affiliated with RE/MAX. How can RE/MAX be so much less than other companies? Simply put, it's 'Broker-centric' versus 'Agent-centric' philosophy. At RE/MAX we believe the agents drive the business, and should keep more of what they earn. "Broker-Centric companies believe the brand drives the business and they should keep a greater share of what the agents earn.
Myth; "RE/MAX IS A 100% COMMISSION DESK FEE OFFICE ONLY"
TRUTH; RE/MAX has always been a fee office concept. That is the basis on how the company was founded. And it will maintain the fee concept and encourage its agents to structure their business that way, because it is the most cost effective for the agents. Maximizing your profits is what RE/MAX is all about. However, for those converting from another company in which they were on a split program, and are not yet comfortable with the 100% desk fee structure RE/MAX Integrity does offer a split commission or funded office program.
